Cancellation Policy

A place famous for being a treasure for black pepper and cardamom in the ancient world, Bison Valley is situated at 3000 ft above mean sea level. This is why it is a heavenly destination for trekkers.

It got the name Bison because the British officers would come here to hunt the wild gaurs.

This is a place with a fabulous history & stunning natural beauty. With LGFC, you’ll discover history and nature in one destination.

Activities include an amazing time having fun and being on an adventure under the open skies and thick greenery.

CANCELLATION FEE

A registered participant may cancel his/ her registration online and inform the camp coordinators. The paid fees will be returned after deduction of the following cancellation fees.

Before 15 days from Camp Date	₹1,800
Before 7 days from Camp Date	₹3,000
Within 7 days from Camp Date	₹3,300

Alternatively, a registered participant may transfer his/her registration to a friend without any cancellation fee.
In case of cancellation of the program due to any gov restrictions, the full fee will be refunded.

1. Campfire, viewpoints, and visibility are subject to weather conditions.
2. Any additional costs due to weather / unforeseen situations will have to be borne by the traveler.
3. Coordinators shall have all the right to change the plan in case there is a danger/unforeseen circumstances affecting the group.
4. Camp cancellation due to bad weather or natural calamity will be non-refundable.

5. Particepetins will get a full refund if trip cancelation due to covid lockdown.
